"Been a long time customer, my insurance premium jumped 30% with no phone call from an agent. When I call to clarify what has happened the systems are too slow and I cannot be helped. I call a different company and get a substantially lower quote. After canceling I talk to the billing department that tells me I will get January’s premium back in full. When calling to confirm when the check will arrive I am told by a different person I still owe a balance from 2016, which is false. After talking to my third person in the billing department I get a reasonable explanation and am told I have been paying in the rear, which was NEVER explained to me when setting up my payments. Long story short I am responsible for a very high premium and cannot get in contact with a supervisor to air my grievances. This insurance company does not seem to value their costumers. I won’t be doing business here again. Lack of transparency seems to be the business model."

"Office staff is extremely unprofessional and insulting at times. To come home from a long day at work and hear about how my girlfriend was treated over the phone and how the employee made audible “wow “ comments when my girlfriend was listing off our kids that live in the house (3) for her auto insurance info. As someone who works in the insurance industry, I expected better than treatment that she got over the phone. I can’t imagine someone going out of there way to try to make someone else feel bad about having 3 kids while conducting a phone conversation going over an auto policy."
