"Terrible communication skills. You call several times and leave multiple messages over a span of a few days and no response. Emily is extremely rude through email. This is the worst title company I’ve ever had to use and I’ve done a lot of real estate transactions. They do not care about your closing date and will not provide any info so you can set a new date. The entire closing process has been terrible due to lack of communication. I highly recommend do your research before using this title company or be prepared for bad attitude and frustration."
