"Well, it was pretty much your typical tourist excursion stop. Really quick. I mean, the building looked interesting from the outside, but we barely had time to step off the bus, let alone go inside or do any shopping. Overall, I'd say I really don't need to see it again."

"We are reserving a bus to Cedar Point again this year. Great bus, great driver, prompt and friendly. The bus driver found an expensive ring lost by one of our members while he was cleaning up after our trip. He called me that night to return the ring!"

"I would rate it with no stars if i could! We purchased a ticket for my friend to come home on christmas eve 12.24.15. It was scheduled to leave at 1:10 pm. he arrived at his stop at 12:30pm. The bus NEVER showed. Not only that, but even though the buses were running today, all of the customer service centers were closed for the holiday and the only thing you could do was select opt 4 on each telephone number and they list delays... HIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond pissed. HE took off work for 4 days, we have no way of going to get him and they are closed on the weekend also so we won't be able to speak to anyone about this until MONDAY!!!! Our holiday plans are ruined and my best friend is all alone at college. There should be some kind of service available for these kind of situations or just dont run the buses when the office is closed."
