"A progressive driver hit my parked truck. I was assigned Jaushei Brown to assist me with my claims. She was absolutely terrible. Never returned a call. Never answered her phone. Never responded to any of my messages. I had to call back multiple times for weeks. It’s been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Hope nobody else had to deal with this troll. Update: changing my one star to two stars. Since Felice Baker was so helpful in assisting my claim. You should have Mrs. Baker teach Mrs. Brown how to talk to customers. Amazing how much of a difference your experience can be when you remove negative employees from the situation."

"I've been trying to deal with my part of a claim for over a month now. It's my ex's insurance company, but both of our names on the title of the car he crashed. Was told over 2 weeks ago that they would mail me stuff to sign, nothing came. Called and talked to Christopher Frederick and he said he'd email what he needed me to print, sign, and send back pictures of. No email. Just very unprofessional overall. I just want to deal with it and be done but they're dragging it out."
