"We had a hail storm hit our property in Nov. Called the local agent to make the initial claim. The assigned claim agent was Mark from GR area. He was super prompt and easy to deal with. The roofing inspector we used requested to be in attendance with the agent at time of inspection. Mark was accommodating to that request and had the inspection and approval within a week.
