"My experience with ETA was over and beyond exceptional, I missed my flight and the owner Twayla made sure that my hotel knew that I was coming in later, she notified the rental car service and everything ran so smoothly, with being upset about my flight I was grateful that I did not have to worry about my room or my rental vehicle. The service was wonderful and I highly recommend. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I never traveled before and everything was so smooth and easy not to mention the package that was picked out for me was affordable and well worth every penny, I will definitely be booking all of my travel arrangements with ETA."
