"I dont recommend AAA and if you have this company do not use this office. I would rate 0 stars if I could. The agents are incompetent and committed fraud against my account when I provided proper documentation over a year ago for adjustments to my policy. They then wanted an obscene amount of money to rectify the problem. I will be contacting the BBB and state of Michigan to report their fraudulent activities."

Plus the people working there were all friendly and helpful. I think my favorite thing was the location and overall convenience."
