"Rena was professional but was not completely clear regarding our preferred club up grade. Our party of 2 couples traveling together to Cancun didn’t want 1st floor accommodations. We had thought we were getting ocean front with hot tub. That didn’t happen. Delta vacations sucked putting it politely. Front the airport driver took wrong turn took 90 min to get to resort. After arriving as a ‘preferred club upgrade’ having us check in separate from our party whom we traveled with. Finding out we were originally placed in 2 different resort buildings, needless to say we were not happy at all. On a positive note the resort on a whole was fine, mostly clean. Staff was excellent. Bottom line never again would we use a travel agent for our vacation getaway."

"I had a very easy going experience with Concepts in Travel. Our agent was Lisa, who made herself available almost all the time. Even when she was not in the office. My boyfriend and I were unsure of the exact location we were interested in going to so she was very patient about helping us choose. She asked me questions over the phone so she could prepare a list of a few potential places. The resort we ended up going to was near Riviera Maya, Mexico and it was wonderful! I enjoyed every minute and it was worth every penny. The great thing about using a travel agent it that you can give them your price range and they'll find your fit. I expected it to be far more expensive than one of the internet sites, but this was not the case. It's so nice to have an actual person to ask important questions about the vacation itself. Lisa also made it very clear that she would do whatever she could to try to accommodate if there were any nasty storms the day we were supposed to fly out. Fortunately, this wasn't the case, but I know she would have tried her best to make other arrangements."
