I stay because their rates are the best I’ve found for my situation. If they didn’t have the best rates for me, I might consider going somewhere else."

"The people that work at this office are horrible. I have had the same agent for at least 10 yrs and I really like him which is why I put up with these people. Latest is I called to get insurance and said I had left a message for my agent to call and hadn't heard anything back, no mention of I know he got message or he is out of office or I'm sorry. Got my insurance and said my husband would be in to pick up certificate and my husband said when he went in the one girl was helping someone and the other didn't even look up at him.. When the one was finished with who she was helping she didn't say anything my husband just said to her I am here to pick up insurance. She never got up to acknowledge until she had to go to the fax machine and see if it was there. Being friendly goes a long way especially in business."
