Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Car had a cigarette smell in it. Had peanut shells in cup holder. Toy under the seat. Other than that the vehicle was nice. Ran great. Employee that picked me up had a bad attitude. Employee that waited on me when I got there was very nice and pleasant."

"Not impressed! The standard size rental car that I got was a Subaru Crosstrek - certainly didn't feel like a standard size car to me. Not only was it small - it was 4 years old and had over 60,000 miles onit! The car was junk - sounded like a wind up toy when we were driving anywhere. Were it not for my insurance covering most of the rental - I would certainly raise a bigger stink about this."

"We had a reservation for a car rental at 3 pm yesterday only to show up and be told they don't have any cars. We showed the employee our confirmation. I can understand mistakes and mix-ups, but the employee was not willing to make any compromises or find any cars even ones in other Enterprise locations. He kept saying he doesn't have any cars and doesn't even have enough for all the rentals the next day. I left without a rental car that was confirmed, but also left even more upset at the lack of customer service and respect."

"Definitley not happy with this place. I have a very busy weekend. Called up there around 9am today friday told they had a car for the weekend. Probably a hour later told ohhh never mind we wont have a car tell monday?!? Like realllyyyy? How do you morons not realize you dont have a hole car avaible? Lol thanks for nothing."

"So glad to have them help us out. My car had been in one shop, and has been moved to a second. It's a disaster, but Enterprise did a great job matching us with a rental. I expected a little car, but instead... it can fit the whole family. Granted, we only have it for 3 days unfortunately. I don't know what we will do for the coming weeks as they can't get my car into the 2nd shop until the 22nd, and who knows how long it will be until it is done. I'm just so thankful for their super friendly service, and that it was so easy to book, and pick up the vehicle. Thanks guys, you really saved us!"
