"We have traveled to Montreal, Peru and in 2020 to Morocco with Lori leading a travel/tour team of professionals. The Montreal and Peru trips were great, Lori connecting us up with good flights and top-notch tour companies at good prices. Our trip to Morocco in March, 2020 ... when the world shut down due to COVID ... proved she is worth her weight in small, unmarked bills of whatever country currency you are traveling in. As the country shut down, and we waited for government evacuation, she was in daily contact with any updates she could find. When we were finally evacuated to London and Chicago, she had inter-U.S. flights waiting for us. In the months after, she constantly advocated for our promised commercial flight refund ... until we finally received it nearly a year later. Nothing but good thing to say."
