"Sue helped us navigate the complexities of arranging a cruise with Azamara into Italy and Croatia. She set up the flights, arranged transportation from airport into the cruise origination port, set up tours in Italy and Croatia, and generally provided sage advice that we ultimately followed. Early in the trip, there was a glitch in the cruise line computer system which canceled out several of our pre-arranged tours. One phone call to Sue was all it took to remedy the situation. Unbeknownst to us, Sue worked with the cruise line to provide the four of us a dinner valued at $380 for the discrepancy with the prearranged tours. Sue is incredibly prompt at returning phone calls, texts, and email. Her travel experience is greatly valued; she she understands in this industry.
