"Paul was a super nice guy until we paid him. Then nothing. Ignores all calls and emails. He was supposed to send us some important paperwork in the mail. He claims he did but it never arrived. So rather than replace it, he just ignores all attempts at contacting him. He could at least tell us how we can obtain a copy. He also does not wear a mask. We sat 3 feet from him and he refused to wear a mask. I guess our health is not important to him."
