"I'm very disappointed with the new trollies. They are now all enclosed with no back area that kids fought over to be able to stand in. My kids used to beg to ride the trolley every year and now they are so sad. The Grand Haven route also takes you over the bridge to Holiday Inn which adds unnecessary time to the trip. The Grand Haven loop used to stay in Grand Haven. It used to be a tourist attraction, sadly they have ruined it."

"The information regarding times and stops listed on the website, brochure, and voice-mail were all different. When we finally got someone to answer the phone, she gave us vague information about the trolley's route and pick up times. We decided to show up at the transit office when the person said the tours started (4:30pm, much later than the advertised 11am), only to find out the trolley was out of service... indefinitely! At a minimum, you need to provide timely updates on the website and voice-mail regarding your services."
