"I was referred to Christopher Hájek. He is an attorney. Usually that’s the best way to find business professionals. I asked for help in writing a demand letter to a property management company, Suite Properties LLC, for trust funds they had misallocated. We had this discussion at the end of January. I asked him immediately if we had a conflict of interest and gave the company name as well as the person’s name. He said no. He asked for documentation for the case which I had to put together and send to him (1.5 weeks). Then I had to send two requests to see if he received it. Then I called. Them he said he would not wrote a letter on what I had provided and I needed to provide more information. I did. Then, he sends me a letter on March 8th stating he has a conflict of interest. He is incompetent. Not recommended."
