I have an egress window that will not drain properly, and still leaks. It's a shame to have to pay an organization that refuses to be responsible."

"Impossible to contact anyone. Tell me I am delinquent with Special Assessment payments. I am not. Sent Josh Otting, property manager, a letter informing him exactly where they erred. No response. He never answers his phone, and he never returns your call. If they try to collect what I do not owe I will sue sue them for punitive damages. I have proof that I am not delinquent."

"If you are looking for a new management company, Beware. They have over 100 llc’s under different names to subcontract work out under those names, allegedly. While this is legal, they take a large cut off the top allegedly, before giving to another company to actually do the job. Most of the time the work the sub contract out is horrible. In our sub they use beam builders a lot, and they don’t do good work either. In just under a year (in some cases less) the work needs to be redone. Do your own research, it’s all on the web and you can easily find the owners 100+ “companies.” PS - THEY AREN’T LAWYERS EITHER! Just a cheap party trick front to scare people and their tenants and or HOA members into doing whatever they please. Someone should sue them again and have sued them. You can easily Look up the court records you can find them all - Oakland County circuit court. Do your homework!!! all of this is public knowledge and all the information is on the web."

"Very disappointing management company. I live in a senior complex. Our elevator has been inoperable since the end of 2021. They collected upfront an additional assessment and almost 7 months later the elevator is still out. Seriously considering legal advice. Totally unacceptable. I would give them zero stars but have to select at least one in order to complete post."
