Diane was pretty unprofessional and told me I need to answer when they call or I would need to keep calling her back….I explained I missed the first call b/c I work a 9-5 where I cannot have my phone on constantly and she said “yeahhhh” & ended the call. Hard pass."

The receptionist pictured (sitting down) was wrong in reacting to you in the manner she did and no longer works at this firm. The lady (standing in the photo), was reviewing the document you brought in and was trying to help you wherein she and explained your document(s) was incomplete. Robert Gittleman Law Firm did not accept your case, because in our opinion, you did not have a dental malpractice lawsuit and were informed of same. Due to the fact we decided to decline representing you is not a reason to make wrongful and false claims on this site as to the individuals working at this firm. Please remove your erroneous and hateful accusations immediately. We have reported this to Google as a "hate" post and will take further action."

"The most unprofessional law firm I've ever come across. The staff is a NEGATIVE 10. They are the most condescending and racist women you will ever come across. People should be aware of their behavior and most importantly the treatment that new client will have. Staff eats in front of you as your asking them questions. Will insult you like you owe them something. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. They will lie to you in your face.
