"To start, this is my wife's account. My name is Jeffery and my experience with Glenn was nothing but the best from the start. I called another lawyer about a dog bite injury. They said they would like to refer me to Glenn. He called me within 10 minutes of hanging up with that firm. Glenn explained the process and how things could go. I knew before we were a few minutes in that I would like him to handle my case. Glenns communication was excellent. The Insurance adjuster was impossible to get ahold of and refused to return phone calls or emails, Glenn would touch base by email and many times by phone to assure me he was still on them. When the insurance company finally made an offer, Glenn told me he thought there was more money he thought he could get but it was up to me. I ask him to try, and he got an extra $22,000.
