"This place has the worst customer service ever..these women seem over tired for no reason..and check out how the owner tried to write a good review but was to stupid to know that it was going to show up as the owner writing the fake review ..this just goes to show you how these people are..I walked out and advise no one to do business with people who act like you are a headache..."

"I normally don’t have any problems when I come in here but I came in here to cash a check from another institution, and they charged me an additional 5% on the top of what they were charging me. There’s no signs located in there anywhere to let anyone know about the increase in fees. The cashiers attitude towards explaining the changes in the fees was very nonchalant and done with a slight attitude. And even when I continued to ask for clarification, all she could say was well “I asked you if you wanted it cashed” I never knew there could be a problem for someone asking questions about extra money getting taken out for fees. This interaction will definitely make me reconsider coming all the way down here from 8 mile. They have low, check, cashing fees, but they also sneak some extra stuff in there and all they’ll tell you is that’s with the manager said even though it’s not posted anywhere in the store"

"The customer service was great but I was nervous when she took a picture of the check with her phone to be verified to see how much it would cost. They charged 10% for a Walmart settlement check which was gonna cost me $400.00 . I would use them for other services for sure ."

"Don’t waste your time coming here. Seems like they’re running some kind of tax scam or something considering I was told they only accept cash and they will not allow you to even use a DEBIT card for purchases. Not a credit card but a DEBIT CARD WITH A PIN. I was told to go withdraw the money from the ATM. When I asked what the reasoning was for not allowing anything but cash I was told “too bad the owner said so” Now it’s 2023 how in the world is a company that deals with money not allowing anything but CASH payments? I’m no expect but seems extremely suspicious that you’ll deny peoples money because it’s not cash? Screams scam to me."
