"There is a representative that I have spoken to by the name of "Janay". She has been the only person that don't take this job as though she is the owner, she is professional and not out of order. Everyone else is rude, no friendliness, knowing they have the upper hand even if you don't work out the arrangement with them or not they are going to still take you to court, their service fee are extremely high. And, especially "Emily". I can see why the owner still keeps her. They maybe trained to respond with that kind of behavior. I hate even having to call that business."

"They have already a Garnishment of payment from my son's job and he should be done paying at the end of October 2023, but they want to Garnishment his income tax, as they have gotten their money so why Garnish his income tax, he is done, these Lawer's always trying to get extra money then don't want to send your money back, they shouldn't have sent a Garnishment for something they already have got their money!"

"The people in the collection department are the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They are spineless and have no empathy for clients. I understand you are trying to collect debt but do y’all think about the why behind people? NO. Be human and maybe people will be more willing to be responsive"

"How this place is still running, I have no clue. Rude, arrogant, ignorant. Paid off my debt in full and still charged me afterwards and still waiting to be compensated. I understand collecting a debt that's owed. What I don't understand is why they're still taking money that is not owed to them while refraining to tell you why. I feel bad or anyone who has to deal with this company."
