"Ed Plato represented me for getting back 2600 dollars on water bill which the City where I have rental property was trying to collect from me. The meter was running backwards and therefore my renter was not being charged for the water consumption. The city did not detect the error for over an year and then using some complex mathematics tried to collect the money from me. Ed found negligence on part of the city to not detect what was happening through their meter readers and the city, who had collected the money from me in advance via using threat of cutting the water altogether, had to pay me back the entire sum. It was very gratifying to see Ed beat the city."
