"This is one of the only places that I shop at regularly. The owner and the staff work their butts off every single day to make sure we get the best deals possible. They are so kind and accomodating. I've never had a bad experience. EVER. They will always make it right no matter what it is. I Love shopping at a place where I've gotten to know everyone personally. It makes for a great shopping experience. I appreciate the way they ALWAYS go out of their way to find something specifically that we may be looking for. They've had some staffing challenges, but never lose that personal touch and make you feel welcome. "This location is by far my most favorite to shop at! Always a large selection of clothes and household items. Every time I have shopped here, I have been greeted and have never had a bad experience. I find their staff to be so welcoming and helpful. I love patronizing all the locations, but I find this one has a larger selection to choose from and the prices are always amazing! Shop small, you won’t be disappointed!!!"

"My sister and I visited this place yesterday with the intentions to shop. Usually when you walk into an establishment of substance, you’re greeted! We walked in, not a single person looked up and said a word. We continued to walk around with the hopes of being acknowledged. That never happened. After leaving, I read the previous reviews and I see others were treated the same. They obviously don’t care about their business and its success. The owner can keep her apology especially if her and her employees will continue with their non existence of customer service. We will not be back."
