"Worst credit union, I have asked them To make sure my account never gets over drafted have the protection on it and guess what they have made my account negative $162 dollars with there fees’ I hate this credit union!!"

"Amanda C. was very helpful when I applied for the loan. However, four months later they are sending me threatening letters over insufficient insurance information, which is inaccurate. Phone calls, emails, office visits haven’t helped. Totally frustrating experience after Day 1."

"Edit3: The management actively lied about removing the hard credit inquiry that they first lied about being a soft inquiry. Just take business elsewhere. Stay away from this place. I went in just to get added to my wife's savings account. They told me they needed to run credit check for this, but assured me it was a soft check. Got an alert today about a new credit inquiry and it turns out they lied and ran a hard check. A hard credit check to be able to deposit money? Such a joke Edit: They have reached out to try to address my concern and remove the inquiry from my credit report. I'll update the rating if it is successful. I still think a hard credit check to become a member is ridiculous and think it is wrong they don't disclose this openly. Edit2: Over a month has passed and it seems like they have lied about removing the check. Take your business elsewhere!"

"I'm normally pleased with the service I get here unless I'm dealing with Nicole. I called for simple document to be emailed to me. I was hung up on multiple times. Finally I was told that I would get an email with the information I needed and it would be a few minutes those few minutes turned into the branch closing for the day and I was left without what I asked for. Horrible service by Nicole don't waste your time dealing with her."
