Hugh promptly responded and followed up with a phone call answer several questions we had given him. He was very courteous, professional and sincerely interested in making sure we understood everything he had explained. He kept us informed during the process even though there was some weather related issues that he did keep us informed about those delays. We paid his bill promptly and in turn we had our property maps within a week. They where well marked and the legend was very easy to follow! Clear communication was refreshing and a pleasant change of pace. I would recommend him if you are looking for someone who will take the time to answer questions so you understand what he is saying."

"I didn't even meet this guy in person and I already know that he's a complete jerk. My husband works long hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. so he is unable to make the phone calls during the day. Me, who stays home with the kids, I went ahead and made some phone calls to get our land surveyed. I wasn't sure any of the real questions I was supposed to ask except get an estimate like my husband told me to do. This guy proceeded to make me feel like a complete idiot over the phone like I didn't know what I was talking about. The least he could have done was asked for the parcel numbers and say he'll give a call back to my husband to find out more information. Instead he made me feel like I was a nuisance and taking up his time. Sorry but you'll never get business with that horrible attitude! :/ I hung up with him and went with somebody else."
