"0 stars if I could. The sales rep completely lied to me and cost me thousands of dollars under a business account. I highly recommend going anywhere else. When issues accure you can't even reach anyone. This is why they do not provide the store number. They are a bunch of can't swing it car salesman. I will spread the word as often and as much as possible about how awful this store and the company is as a whole."
"The child working the counter yesterday around 6pm should maybe consider a career change to get out of customer service. I went in to do one of two things; either transfer an existing business number to a new personal account and get a new phone, or open a new account and get a new phone. After asking a couple questions I was informed they couldn't transfer the line at the store and I needed to call a customer service number. A little weird, but ok I told him. Immediately he snapped back "It's not weird". I asked why they couldn't do a line transfer there, which apparently comes down to it having to be done on a recorded line. Not really an issue since I was prepared to open a new account anyway, so again I say "I still think that practice is a little weird, but ok". This kid turns to the bigger guy behind him, rolls his eyes and sighs. I ask him if I said something wrong and he looks back at me and just says "Continue". My next questions were going to be about opening a new customer account, but I just said "No" and left. At no point was I rude, just inquisitive, and your employee is the sole reason I left the store yesterday without buying a phone and feeling like a burden. If that's how Verizon employees are trained it's no wonder I was the only customer in the store."
"This review is long overdue, but better late then never. About three months ago I came in to switch from Sprint (10 yrs+) to Verizon for various reasons. I had the awesome experience or thinking back, I really the privilege of working with Elijah to help me through it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. There were a couple issues that I had, but he called and dealt with the Verizon support for me. I have never been treated better or never felt so important and valued as a customer before. He was so down to earth and it honestly felt like I was just hanging out with a life long friend who happened to be working at a Verizon store. I highly recommend to go to this store just to see Elijah. He's good and he knows what he's doing. I'm coming back because of him. I'm super happy and that's all I got."
"Michael was super detail oriented. Made sure we got every deal we couple possibly do. Was incredibly knowledgeable and asked lots of questions. Provided a lot of offers and honestly we spent way more because of him. We were in a hurry and he made sure to quickly get through our order. He made sure we had so much information that I would’ve never had before. He made great suggestions for accessories and was helpful picking our watches, particular phone model, and phone plan for us. He made sure to provide us with all necessary info and was super awesome about when our card got declined initially and was incredibly respectful and helpful. We will come back to nowhere but this location as long as he is there."
