"Genevieve Tusa included my name in legal documents - without my knowledge (did not contact me to let me know, I only found out because a third party told me). This has happened multiple times in what my lawyer read and described as “laughable, absurd” contracts that she wrote up in a persons legal documents. I also have never met this person whom I will leave unnamed for legal purposes, and I had never even heard of Genevieve Tusa until this. It is extremely bizarre and unprofessional. I have contemplated taking legal action against these two because I do not think that it is legal to include my name in a case multiple times without letting me know, but I would rather just publicly share this experience so that others may use caution if trying to find a lawyer. I would advise searching elsewhere."
