"I retained Paul Tylenda in 2017, seemed like a good situation. Communication with him is horrible. Does not answer the phone. I retained Paul in regards to criminal defense, apparently the sentencing did not reflect what he said would happen, although sentencing is never “promised”. When I received a year in jail vs the 2 months that was discussed, Paul disappeared once I was in jail custody. He ignored me, refused to answer my calls, and never fulfilled his promise to appeal the outcome and or file a motion for early release as offered and stated by him. "I was sentenced to Macomb County Jail. Now my exact sentence was very confusing because of the unprofessional behavior of the Prosecutor and Court Clerks yelling and cursing at my Defence Attorney (Court Appointed). I was released from Jail on Probation 12 days later.
