"What place doesn't tell you how much you are paying to file your taxes when you have asked several times and called and get no answer..then when you pickup your paperwork the paperwork doesn't tell you how much you are charged either for filing taxes. You find out when your return comes that you paid 900 dollars to file taxes? Come on something isn't right never since we have been filing taxes have we ever paid 900 dollars to file basic taxes never ever. This is the most horriblest place to go to, not professional at all something is definitely going on here that isn't right at all. Out of all the years we have been thru liberty tax never have we paid more than 600 to file taxes ever. Would definitely not recommend this place at all avoid it at all cost."

"They have had my Taxes for a MONTH ! still not complete , I have called several times with no return calls . You can’t leave a voicemail because there mail box is full . I live almost a hour away , now I guess I will just have to drive there . I would not recommend anyone to go to this location it is HORRIBLE!! UPDATE!!!!! 6/15/23 I brought 2 years of taxes to be done 21 & 22. I just was informed by the IRS they did not file My 2021 taxes !! Are you guys serious !?! I have called and no one answers . It looks like it’s time to take this Serious issue further!"
