Was late a couple times and they would call but were excellent about giving me a few extra days. If you pay your rent and arent out to screw your landlord these folks are top notch!"

"I came to this place to find a new home. I told them on the phone I had a dog but Danny said to come to the office anyways and we could work things out. John was at the office and said we should drive by the places available then come back on Monday. I did so and when I showed up on Monday Danny was in and I reminded him I had a dog. He said we could work something out but John had the keys so we couldn't look in the house immediately. He asked that we wait until 2:40pm. He never called, never showed. Later he ran into my cousin and apologized to her saying he just didn't want to allow dogs and didn't want a confrontation. Rather than simply saying no, he kept leading me on and wasting my time. This kind of spineless attitude is not something you should look for in a landlord."
