"On Saturday 1/26 I went to Sam’s Club at 7:25. The sign said it open for plus members the store opens at 7:00 am I was there at 7:25 am. The women that was there this morning is the most rudest and the most ignorant women I ever came in contact with. I am switching to Costco. One they all have poor customer service and is poor representation to Sam’s Club. This was at the 8 mile store. The one with the red curly wig on had the nerve to tell me I should read. One I can read. The other one the brown wig came out to smoke her a cigarette. I could have been a undercover boss, customer service is very important to keep your customers"
"I was in Sam Club in Southfield Mi. Yesterday and it was terrible. The line going out the door was way a cross the store. They only had one person checking the baskets going out. They need to do away with self check out if they think people are stealing. I think it has to do with mostly black people shop there. It reminded me of the 1960s. I wonder if they do this in the white areas. They want our money but they don’t want to treat us right."
"I hate this Sam’s club. It’s dirty and unorganized. Today I went for a pick up order. I waited 40 minutes while I watched 6 different workers gather empty carts - but with at least 6 cars waiting - nobody seemed to be working the pick-up. Then when they did come out, they forgot components of my order. They said they’d go right back in and get it but next thing I know, I see the guy with a cart of groceries at another car. I get out and ask him about it - and he says he forgot his phone and didn’t have the order number. Good grief. Horrible."
"It's probably the worst sams club in the United States. I've been a member since 09 and recently moved close to this location. It's alot of things they don't carry, like the other stores. Always one cash line/register open, and the line is always backed up. Instead of them just keeping two lines open or seeing that the line is backed up and open another register, they just think people have time to be waiting 30mins to checkout. Needs new management because this is a constant problem."
