"Updates:::::::Love Costco Eyeglasses. Never had a big issue. Been using them for years. Gary is a super nice guy and helpful. The girl is not that great, but tolerable. The money I save over other optical is awesome. UPDATE: 4-00-2022 - They must have a new member of their team, Ansela the most helpful person I have ever had in the eyeglass system (period). Gary has always been helpful too. Sometimes there busy, so what? I always save a ton of money. Update 4-00-23 - Kory is the latest newer member. Very helpful."

"The people are extremely rude!! It seems like each employee has their own rules and policies that they follow. They are also very very slow so be prepared to spend at least an hour! The only good thing about the Costco optical is the cheap prices on the frames that's it.also verify that they take your insurance after one lady insisted they took my insurance I waited an hour picked out glasses only to find out what we don't accept your insurance, 10 minutes earlier I was told they did accept it then all of a sudden they didn't. I would pass when it comes to getting glasses I would never come here again!"

"Very professional and helpful. My eyes aren't off the shelf contacts or glasses and the exam was thorough plus the cost of glasses and contacts is so inexpensive compared to Henry Ford optima and others, I felt like it was a mistake at first. Costco really is well worth the time. Awesome quality that Costco is known for. Savings are well over 800.00 for glasses, contacts and exam. Just amazing . JoAnne Millard- Lancaster"
