"This branch still has crt screens for their atms. Most phones cannot scan the QR code because of the overscan on the crt, thus making the atm unusable for cardless users like myself."

I have had the same thing happen with me, and I'm at Huntington. They sat me down with an associate and called fraud with me walked me through the whole thing. Made a stressful situation easier unlike 5th third. Both my daughters are pulling there accounts."
