"Continues to send mail to my address for a man who has not resided here in over a decade. No matter how often I return the mail, they continue to send up to 3 pieces of mail to this man at my address weekly. I have emailed and called to have my mailing address removed from their system, but they continue to send it. Feels like harassment and it isn’t even my debt. Super unprofessional place of business."
"Being generous with 2 stars on this one. At first communication was good as far as establishing a payment plan for the debt I owed. From there it went south real fast. I sent in my first payment in form of a check, and had emailed several times for confirmation with the usual "please call the office" every time. Due to my work schedule it was quite hard for me to call them. About a week prior to making my second payment as agreed I get something in the mail from them which was the check I had originally sent in with a letter saying my account was closed. No explanation was given as to why. This was my first experience with a debt collector, and honestly I can say beware of this place. Shady is an understatement."
"If I could give this a zero I would!! Biggest scam artists out there. I had a judgement that resulted in a garnishment to my paycheck. Received all the documentation that the balance was paid in full. Received a letter that there was still a lien against my state tax refund. Called Stillman’s office to clear it up, they tell me there’s still a balance owed due to “interest and fees”. I never received any type of notice or documentation that there was still a balance. I have never encountered this before. The woman I spoke with was exceptionally rude, and told me “I’m not the one who didn’t pay my credit card bill!” Ridiculous!! Who knows when I’ll get my refund now…"
