"The buyer agent, Betty Biernacki hired house inspector to inspection my past house after Memorial Day. Then they made messy with A/C. Then one day before closing, buyer and Betty walk in inspection. They found big ice on furnane. There was about 50 pounds of ice inside furance. They told me that A/C was on and set to 50 degrees. My listing agrent, Pete from told me that buyer want me to fix it. Or buyer will walk away. I told him that someone or house inspector make messy with A/C and Betty didn't check it. I would not fix it. But buyer changed their mind and have it fix up and clean up. Pete told me that house inspector may forget to turn A/C off after inspection. I turned heating furnance off on May 23rd. The temp control showed (system off) on screen . It was few days before house inspection. Buyer and Betty were not there after house inspection after Memorial Day. Betty didn't check house after house inspection. She said that it no prove that house inspector forget to turn it off. I don't believe her. I glad I sold my house. Several years ago Betty listed my past house there. I bought it three years ago. My other realtor Tom and I came to house after house inspection three years ago and check everything before I buy it . It was rebuild. After I moved there then my neighbors told me that house had fire about 10 years ago. No body know what cause it fire. Realtor didn't tell me that house had fire. If buyer walk away from closing, I would fire realtor and sell house by owner. I don't trust realtors. I paid them $13,000 for her service and my listing agent, Pete from Keller Williams Realty. It will be better if I sell house by owner than list with realtor."
"Fantastic customer service."
