"Cheap is not always good!! We used this firm after purchasing a property that was occupied by a squatter and decided to use them when we needed to file an eviction for a property that we recently renovated. The firm was advised that the tenant had paid rent once since moving in, and once they received a demand to pay, began to intentionally cause damage to the property. With this information, and proof - Gary Segatti entered into a consent agreement with said tenant allowing them to stay another 30 days rent free. Never did Gary Segatti's firm discuss with us what we would be willing to consent to, or what our goals for this case would be. Once the hearing was over, I tried to make contact with the Gary Segatti to find out what was the outcome in court. I was met with a frustrated and annoyed undertone from their secretary (Liz). I was told that I would receive a call back from the attorney who entered into the agreement at a specific time, and when the time passed with no call back, I followed up only to be hung up on. Gary Segatt's firm lied and advised me that the judge created the order. However, the clerk was kind enough to provide me with clarification. The case was mediated and an agreement was made solely between the parties, and then that agreement signed by the judge and became the Order of the Court. I left messages asking Gary Segatti's office asking for an explanation/clarification about why this consent agreement was made. Almost a month has passed, and I have never received a response from this firm in regards to this matter. I had to get the Order from a Court Clerk, and then pay another firm to explain the Order to me and advise on what we could do to get this tenant removed from the property. If you value incompetence by legal professionals and their staff, an inability to communicate effectively and have hard conversations with respect and intelligence, negligence, blatant untruth, and a total disregard for client goals, this is definitely a law firm that will hit your target."
