"I hired Dominic Silvestri for a real estate issue and during our initial meeting he explained that I was able to sue for 3 x the damages due to fraud and conversion of debt to me through a real estate quit claim. He focused on getting a default judgement for a lesser amount when I requested him to push for discovery to reveal the conversion and fraud. Mr. Silvestri saw that he was up against a low end lawyer and an uneducated crook, but failed to succeed in the original goal. He now believes I "voluntarily" paid the debt after is was transferred to me through the quit claim of the property and became my debt. Voluntarily??? This contradicts our original meeting."
