"Had this guy's services yrs ago. After winning the the judgement from the "Contractor/defendant (seems like everyone is a contractor here in this area downriver) I ask for a lien to be put on this guy's property as I know he won't pay. He files bankruptcy to avoid paying like he did on the prior poor saps. He tells me "liens aren't places against properties here in Michigan." I found that wasn't true to late & wished I had another knowledgeable attorney!"

"When I initially called the office to handle my evection case. Jamie and Tabitha made the situation very simple and said, the tenant will definitely be evicted. They asked me for $450 (Case fee), which I paid. When one of the attorneys (Elizabeth) went to court against the tenant, the tenant knew more than the lawyers did LOL. It was funny to me because it seems like this office with all the attorneys, they don't keep themselves updated with the new laws and regulations, including tenant's rights. It's one of the two, they either knew they were going to lose the case and just wanted to make money, or they did not know. The tenant is still living in my property, and I wasted the money paying these attorneys who lacks the knowledge. It's my loss, I lost $450.00, so now, I need to move on and find another knowledgeable attorney. Thanks for the experience! P.S. The one star is for their communication. They respond to your emails within 48 hours (I give them credit for that)"
