"We purchased the 18 x 33 Carvin pool from Sunny's in the Summer of 2022. We wanted a modern looking pool and we looked at every pool store. This was the only modern looking pool and we knew it was love at first sight when we seen the Downtown Diamond pool display. FYI. Get the add-on sprayers. We enjoy the them everyday! Chris was our salesperson and has been patient with us throughout our purchase. 1 year after our purchase he remembered our names when we walked through the door. The owner is also awesome and cares about his business. I've contacted the owner 3 times to help me figure out some small issues we had with the process and he called back the same day. Answered my many questions and was never impatient with me. Things were taken care of professionally. We also had our install with Carson from CP Quality Pools. Our pool is perfectly leveled after 1 year. I can't say enough good things about the whole process."
