Costco Wholesale

"After purchasing a membership, my partner and I were denied membership cards. We were instructed to remove our face masks for a picture for the cards (after we'd been told by another employee that pictures were optional). If we were willing to remove our masks, why would we be wearing them? What did Costco do at the start of the pandemic, not allow new memberships? Additionally, as we were leaving, an employee loudly made fun of us. This is only a portion of the terrible experience we had with Costco today. It's a shame that Costco hates disabled people."

"All huge inventory, however, the aisles are label with numbers instead of product names, making it a little difficult to locate an item. What have been okay if there were associates walking around to assis in finding , would you we're looking for."

"Sold me defective (burst/empty) cans of sparkling water. Tried to return and they refused. They only replaced the 2 I brought in to demonstrate the problem instead of giving me a full refund. I brought them to a party so don’t know how many were bad, but I feel slighted and treated very unfairly when all you hear is how great their return policy is."

"I got my membership today and was so thrilled to use it. I was not prepared for the terrible interactions I had multiple times throughout my shopping trip from the employees. The icing on the cake was when the woman bagging at the register proceeded to tell me I got two for the price of one, so as expected I go to grab the second item like she has instructed me to. Seeing as the registers are chaos, I leave my partner and squeeze through a closed lane to grab the item. In this event a women who was lazily hanging my the registers decides to choose to yell at me in front of everybody me. This store should be ashamed of how they interact with customers, I didn’t realize I was shopping in North Korea. Terrible!!"

"Had to drive a pretty long way to get to this Costco because they were the only location that had what I needed... When I got here compared to the Costco I usually go to this place was a 10 star! Way more organized and clean. Had everything you needed and they were willing to pull stuff off the shelfs if needed during the day while the other location said they could not. For sure wish I was closer to this one!"
