"My husband and I were unloading our grocery cart into our car. We also purchased a power washer. While talking about how I was going to help my husband load it into our pickup a very polite employee named Cooper offered his help. Cooper was very helpful in a situation I wasn’t sure I was able to help in. Thank you again to Cooper for being so polite and very helpful to us older folks. We appreciate him!!"

"Variety of bulk products, great selection of meats & produce. Prices are not always the best in town; I’ve found lower prices at Costco, Aldi & sometimes Meijer. The Sam’s Club in Kalamazoo has lower gas prices."

"I've been shopping here for years. Overall it's a good place and good staff. What they really need to fix is the standing water down at the gas pumps anytime it rains. I was just standing in an inch of water while filling up my car."

"Great place to shop for a big family or events. I do have to say I'm very disappointed by the decision to let Ryley Rose. This young man was for me and many other people the reason we loved coming to Sam's Club. Not only was he always willing to help any customers, but he was always happy. I know Ryley had special needs but he never used it for his advantage and always did what he was told to do. Shame on my local Sam's Club for letting him go. This alone changes my star rating from a 5 to a 3 because 1 person can make a differences."

"I truly enjoy the Cafe where I can get a slice n drink for $2.65, it's actually 2 slices as the folks behind the counter slice in two. Since I only have one hand, it's just easier for me to eat 2 slices as 1. Moving on the toilet tissue container in the handicap stales in the women's restroom, is below the safety grab bars. Actually all the stales are set up this way, bein like this makes it difficult to dispense, I'm bending over below the bar. Angel's help you if the tissue keeps breaking off a square at a time, one could be in there forever. With this one expection, overall the Sam's Club location in Battle Creek on B Drive North, is clean and well maintained. Employee's are very willing to assist every customer and are accommodating to concerns and needs. The store is accessible for all customer's regardless of abilities or handicap. Sam's has been making available plant based meat products for those of us who do not eat meat. As well as meat free premade pasta dishes, sushi, burger patties, frozen chicken nuggets, veggie egg rolls and vegetable chow mein. But enough from me, if you have a membership and haven't used in a while and still valid, get out to Sam's and check things out for yourselves."
