"Had 5 ADA tickets for Jason Aldean September 8, 2023. There used to be a barrier between ADA and the main walkway, but there isn't any longer. Just a yellow line. How is that safe for people in a wheelchair? Patrons kept running into us, someone was throwing up right behind us and there was a physical fight. Had to leave before Jason Aldean even came on stage. Very disappointed....Hundreds of dollars wasted. Have lived in Northern Oakland County Michigan our entire lives (50 years plus) and have been here more times than any of us can count. Do better Pine Knob."
"Great 1st time experience here. The vendors and staff were friendly. Definitely will be looking to enjoy another concert here soon!"
"This place is an awesome amphitheater. Been coming here for over 30 yrs to see shows and haven’t been disappointed. The chairs in the lower area has a roof and great views of the stage. But the lawn is just as nice. Just put done a blanket and plop down. Easier to smoke cannabis when on the lawn but I suggest you bring a cheap throw away poncho to wears if it rains. They only cost a couple dollops and fit into your pocket. The place rocks and and is awesome at night. They got drinks and food vendors but if you want an official shirt get in line and wait and hope or push your way up and nab one up. I always do. Definitely a good time."
"Absolutely the worst concert venue I’ve ever been too. Paid for handicap seats for my wife (who cannot walk) and was given seats directly behind a row of standing people. People will stand I get that but the wheelchair seating should not be on the same level. Also security did nothing to police the no smoking policy. When questioned about either we were invited to leave. Total lack of respect for paying customers, especially mobility restricted people. Also when questioned about it a member of event management shrugged his shoulders and said what can you expect from a 50 year old venue. Absolutely will never be back and will never recommend this joke of a venue to anyone else"
