"Sold me a defective toker poker that was faulty and so tight on the lighter you could not remove it after inserting. Went to return the product a little while later and they refused to exchange it. Saying that they "buy a lot of stupid things" to sell. I guess they must feel they sell them to stupid people huh? Customer service is terrible. Will not shop here again."
