"Guys that work here are friendly, but aside from that, their orange heads for the past year have been rapidly declining in quality. It’s always a hit or miss; frequently the latter. I usually call in and order an irish peach/mint or safari melon dew/mint, it always tastes nothing like what I asked for, but rather a burnt mess within minutes. Every time after being disappointed, I give them the benefit of the doubt as they are very close to my house. I’ve also noticed whenever I come in to collect my order they will just hand me the closest orange head at arms length and say this is the one I asked for, without even asking me what my order was. To be honest, I could just walk in and say I ordered any random “XYZ” flavor and they would just pass me anything. They used to also brand their packaging and I noticed they no longer even do that anymore, clear signs of cost cutting. There are plenty of other hookah stores nearby and I’m now ready to take my business elsewhere. Brothers has disappointed me enough times at this point. Thanks for the good times in the beginning."

If you don't speak the language, it can be a little intimidating because there are always friends and family hanging out in the store so there is constant chatter in various languages, but don't let that be the reason you don't try this place. If you're trying to learn more about new flavors or want some advice on creative combinations, this is the place to go. They're great about making suggestions and tweaks to shisha mixes that really make their their heads To Go special."
