"I have only used them for repairs. My sons bike needed his chain tightened and they did it while we waited. Took like 5 minutes. He recently got a bmx bike and somehow got a rack in the tire. It probably was an easy fix but I have no idea what to do so I took his bike up there and they replaced his inner tube for me. Very happy with them."

"What is nice about this place are: old style building that you can sense history from the town Monroe, mechanic was happy to go and add toe clip (normal shoes) on my petal without brining my bike in. Good store to visit when you are in area."

I called into Jack's and they put me on a waiting list due to the work load. They promptly called within a couple days and I dropped it off. They contacted me with the estimate for repairs, very reasonable in price, and was repaired for me to pickup today. I'm very satisfied with the performance of all of the staff. Walk inside the shop and you are greeted promptly, by very nice people that are professionals. There is Something for Everyone at Jack's Bicycle shop-- from apparel, accessories, and tools, to custom bikes and their on-site repair shop! This truly is one-stop shopping. The best experience, in my opinion, would be for Everyone to head over to Jack's Bicycle Shop to look around, take it all in, ask questions, and get involved with a fun healthy sport.
