"Great staff. Would rent again with them. Update: tries to re rent from them after a 2 year history with them. Paid the $30 app fee twice, had my credit ran and was told I needed a double deposit and a co signer. My co signer paid the $30 app fee and had their credit ran "was over a 800" and was then told I didn't qualify due to my background check they supposedly ran with the name wrong. So $90 in fees and was lied to. Good luck with these people"

"Pick another company to rent from. These guys use a slimey little contractor named Dallas Terry to do their post-moveout cleaning. I got charged for 6 hours of labor after moving to a new apartment, despite leaving the place cleaner than when I had moved in. I asked them to explain specifically what was repaired/cleaned/whatever in my old apartment but they said I had to call the contract cleaning guy. Unfortunately, their contract cleaning guy, who's name is Dallas Terry, is too afraid to answer phone calls, reply to voicemails, or even reply to emails. My guess is that this guy is some worthless little worm who makes his living by making up invoices and work that he does since people in my situation have little recourse in the invent we get scammed."

"Address was incorrect on a rental listing and I wasn't notified until I had been waiting a half hour at the wrong place for a tour. I was also notified at this point, when calling in wondering what was going on, that the place had been taken by someone else already on a previous tour (the slot right before mine). John in the office was very nice to talk to, but beyond that, very poor communication regarding rentals."

"My partner and I had been with rental resources for close to 6 years before moving. John and his team are great, and always do their best to meet the needs of their tenants. Whenever my partner and I had problems occur with our apartment, John and his maintence team always came right away the next day to fix the problem! I only have positive things to say and highly recommend renting from rental resources!"

They are very responsive, very organized & hands on, have an in house management team, and overall are very fairly priced. If you want to avoid a management company that outsources everything and charges a ton of hidden fees, go with Rental Resources."
