"Came in to get my bike fixed and next day my gear shifter cable came off. I payed for them to fix it and they made it worse. They then proceeded to tell me that I would be charged more for them to fix the bike even though they didnt fix my bike and instead made the problem worse. Will not go there anymore."

"Walked all the way across campus for them to be randomly closed. Also the regular employees can’t replace an inner tube, so if you go on a day their mechanic doesn’t just happen to be there, you have to replace it yourself. At least they have free compressed air when they’re own. The old man who seems to be the owner is not particularly nice, although there was a nice lady who works there that helped me last time."

They “steam cleaned” it, charged me 3x the estimate and the bike rusted into an unusable ferric mass within days. Does your bike suck? If not, it WILL if you bring it here. Total crooks. #ripoff"
