"Had a great experience with a couple of the young people handing out samples. Great folks, 10/10 I'm a huge fan! HOWEVER there was some employee at the front who was a total jerk and wouldn't let me bring my bags inside to my friend who was checking out. You know who you are, Mr. Misogyny. Yes the store had just closed but this man wasn't even gonna let me wait inside the automatic doors and was trying to get me to stand outside in the cold despite being a paying customer. He looked like he was about ready to put hands on me when I was just standing innocently, not stepping forward and not trying to bust into the store or anything. He kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. I kinda hate that guy and don't want to come back. I haven't been treated like that in a long time, it was very unprofessional and incredibly rude. I will be hexing this man. 4 stars for the young people and the franchise in general, ZERO stars for this bitter man. Probably won't even catch his name because I don't believe I'll be coming back to this location. The hex on him will still be strong despite my lack of information."

"Love Costco. Been a member since 2000 and shop there frequently. Nice wide aisles, lots of products and good deals too. I do wish the parking was better at Schaumburg store. It's too small for the businesses it does. And the return line to customer service counter could not be in a worse place. There's a double row of people coming out and a single line of people always waiting outside the same doorway to get to customer service. Really bad design. Thankfully I never have to return much. Regardless... I LOVE Costco and always will. It's still a 5 star company!"

"Can you beat this, with 1 Costco rotisserie chicken we can make 3 good meals. Good for 2 people in our family. 1. Eat the chicken as is with toasted bread on the side. 2. Cut up 1/2 cup of leftover chicken and mixed with Campbell cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of rice for a tasty 2nd meal. 3. Put the leftover bones and mixed in veggies and simmer for an hour, add noodles at the end for a healthy chicken soup."

"In true Costco fashion I went in wanting 5 items and going out with so much more. I regret nothing! The deals are great! We now have food for a month!"

"One of the most organized locations. Randy, Frank, and Jim are the best employees to ever work with! Also the T-Mobile kiosk has the best deal on phones and services with waived activation and upgrade fees plus Costco Shop Cards for doing purchases with them."
