"Wish i could say the same out of these guys. I was accused by the case mgr of overstepping boundaries when all i did was send her things regarding my claim and a decision letter i received. They treated me like a number not like a human being. I was told that they werent my counselor after i had told them how i was feeling and how frustrated i was. I understand they cant control the va and the process but when your at a lawyers mercy in a situation and they dont communicate good with you what do you expect."
