"Bought Quick Fix from this store and was charged $20 for the box of synthetic pee , Owner gave me attitude and told me to go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy with his overcharged price, went somewhere else and found it way cheaper came back same day on 2/19/24 to return the store was locked even though it was 6:30 someone opened the door 15 mins later after I called the store then I was told to come back tomorrow because who ever was running the store afternoons shift didn’t know how to do refunds I told him this is a big inconvenience and he said the owner will be here tomorrow I don’t know how to do refunds , I literally asked for the $20 back in cash and he rejected ! Overall horrible customer service, and whoever’s son or cousin who’s there afternoons should be aware that the store can be fined for illegally closing before scheduled time"
