"I hate posting bad reviews, but people need to know what happened. I never had a problem until today. Was always a great store with great service. Short story - bought a vape kit from them and it leaked. Went back with it and they told me they couldn’t help me and there’s nothing they could do. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Tried three times politely to explain my problem and get help, and possibly buy something to fix it, but never got that far. Was immediately told they can’t help me and there was nothing they could do. Three times. The coup de grace was being asked to leave the store the last time when all I was trying to do was be heard and explain where it was leaking to see if they had parts for it I could buy. Oh well. I support local businesses, but with service like this, sadly, I won’t be going back here ever again. I’m sorry if the person was having a bad day, but now it’s affecting mine. I’ll be forever wondering what I did wrong to be asked to leave the store, and not once was there a single time my concern even attempted to be addressed. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Just ‘can’t help you nothing I can do.’ And the final coup de grace ‘leave the store.’"
"Do not shop here ever! I've been screwed over by this shop one to many times. Bought a vape here for the 3rd time tried it before I left and it seemed to work fine. Once I left I hit it 2 more times and it quit working. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME! There's a reason all sales are final because they would definitely be losing money with the amount of refunds they would have to issue. I have no doubt the owner is knowingly selling bad products(hence the all sales are final policy that no other smoke shops have) which I'm sure wouldn't be hard to prove to the BBB. The owner is a crook and this store needs to be shut down."
"I went in and said my birthday to employee and owner said she had me pegged for 5 years older . Every thing they're had been priced at party store prices or higher. 50 percent off glass bongs left it at regular or above pricing that I've gotten at wild bills. Needles to say even though close and convenient. Price and service poor"
